Responsibilities:

  • Offer technical assistance to customers over the phone and via e-mail regarding product purchases and product compatibility.
  • Provide troubleshooting & warranty service assistance, including ordering replacement parts for defective merchandise, issuing prepaid shipping labels, communicating with service technicians, and providing status updates to customers.
  • Write accessory completion guides, catalog product descriptions and substitutions; proofread media and aid in the copywriting area as technical help is requested.

Qualifications:

  • RC product knowledge helpful, but must have willingness to learn and have an interest RC products
  • Previous customer service experience, technical support experience desired
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Superior oral and written communication skills
  • Must be an exceptional problem-solver, as well as detail-oriented and organized
  • Ability to read and interpret technical instruction manuals

Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support for software and related hardware products, via phone and email.
  • Offer troubleshooting assistance and communicate step-by-step solutions to both experience and inexperienced end users
  • Provide warranty and non-warranty product support, which includes issuing prepaid shipping labels, ordering and testing replacement software disks, controllers, and wired/wireless interface devices.
  • Perform quality control testing for current and new software and related hardware products, in addition to performing software beta and bug testing.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent, some college or vocational training preferred
  • Previous customer service experience, preferably in a technical support capacity
  • Experience with installation, configuration, or troubleshooting of computer games, computer hardware, or device driver software
  • Experience with Android or iOS apps desirable
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office

Responsibilities:

  • Provide assistance to customers who recently placed orders for RC (remote control) items
  • Build customer relationships by offering customer service and answering RC related questions
  • Meet daily call quotas (both inbound & outbound) and achieve customer contact goals
  • Offer technical assistance and recommend solutions
  • Provide troubleshooting assistance and coordinate warranty and non-warranty service to customers

Qualifications:

  • Extensive RC product knowledge, including hands-on experience
  • Previous customer service and sales experience, call center experience desired
  • Previous computer experience
  • Superior oral and written communication skills
  • Must be self-motivated, goal orientated, and be able to multi-task
