DESIGN ENGINEER
Responsibilities:
Design and test radio-controlled vehicles and related products. A degree in Mechanical Engineering is required for this position. Must have a good understanding of manufacturing techniques and materials as well as experience with machining equipment and other basic shop tools. Design experience using 2D/3D CAD software is required. Previous R/C car experience, including assembly and operation of hobby level R/C vehicles is desired. Full-time, days.
Model Technician
Responsibilities:
Repair R/C models and engines, test hobby products, and assist with related questions. Ability to work with hand tools and small parts required. R/C modeling, light mechanical, or experience in small engine repair desired. Full-time, days.
Network Assistant
Responsibilities:
Support end users and IT department with problem resolution tasks, upgrade ideas, and future system enhancements. The ideal candidate will have experience with Windows 7, Windows Server 2003 and/or Windows Server 2008. Knowledge of IP based networking desirable. Experience with Windows print systems, scripting, and exposure to Active Directory in user account management a plus.
Customer Service Representatives
Responsibilities:
Use your problem solving skills and your background in customer service to assist customers in our call center. Open new accounts, update existing accounts, and assist customers with tracking shipments and other inquiries. Previous customer service or phone sales experience preferred. Full-time and part-time positions available.
ONLINE ORDERING SPECIALIST
Responsibilities:
Promote the advantages of using our premier ordering and informational website to our wholesale customers. Assist with future improvements in functionality for the site. Act as technical troubleshooter as well as provide guidance on website usage. A minimum of three years' experience in sales and marketing and excellent technical knowledge of the internet and computer required. Past experience with computer hardware sales and/or experience with computer diagnostics desired. Full-time, days.
Phone Order Taker
Responsibilities:
Take inbound calls from our catalog customers. Earn $1 - $2 per hour in incentive pay. Work in a casual office atmosphere. Part-time hours, days, evenings, and weekends. Department is open 8AM-8PM Monday-Thursday, 8AM-7PM Friday, 9AM-4PM Saturday, and 10AM-4PM Sunday.
Proprietary Sales Specialist
Responsibilities:
Secure and improve proprietary business from targeted hobby dealer accounts. Analyze business and create plans for each account. Follow up with customers and maintain detailed records. 6-8 years' experience in wholesale sales environment required. Must have a good working knowledge of R/C products. Full-time, days.
Sales Representative
Responsibilities:
Take inbound orders from our customers and field basic customer service questions. Make outbound calls to established customer accounts, present daily specials, and assist with special projects. Previous customer service or sales experience desired. Full-time, days.
Accounting Associate
Responsibilities:
Perform all major accounting functions including deposits, expense payables, merchandise payables and refunds. Responsible for various accounting spreadsheet functions and account analysis. Previous experience with Excel and CRT required. At least 2 years' bookkeeping or accounting experience desirable. Full-time, days.
Material Handlers
Responsibilities:

RECEIVING SUPERVISOR
Responsibilities:
Seeking a Receiving Supervisor for our warehouse which is a key position on our warehouse team. This hands-on position coordinates daily receiving activities and provides work direction to associates receiving merchandise.

Accounting Manager
Responsibilities:
Responsible for the supervision of the Accounting Department including daily operations, direction, and coordination of the department.
